Make a paper bow!!!!
First u will need one sheet of paper of whatever kind you will like.Next u will need to fold the paper back and fold like you are making a fan.Then after that you will want to but a paper clip in the middle because it will not come a loops.And You Are Done!!!!This is how it should look.
